All orders have a $10 flat rate of postage and handling.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Purchases of wedding bomboniere may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Most orders are mailed using Australia Post. Large orders, such as wedding bomboniere may be delivered by courier. Please be aware that postage can take up to 7 days.

If you require faster delivery please contact Living by the Seastore to see if this is possible prior to placing your order.

All items are sent as registered post so please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign upon delivery.

Living by the Seastore does not offer exchange or refund if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.

Exchange or refund only provided as required by law.

All products are packaged with care to avoid any damage. If however, a product is delivered damaged or faulty please inform Living by the Seastore within 5 days of delivery. Living by the Seastore will happily replace that item once it has been posted back. A replacement product will then be posted back at no charge.
